Stuart Lawley – Chairman and President
Stuart Lawley is an experienced Chairman and Chief Executive, who has developed and successfully managed a number of UK and US businesses in office technology and the Internet. He was Chief Executive of Eurofax Ltd, Alto Group Ltd and Chairman of Oneview.net plc (all UK Companies). Oneview.net plc was a public company which listed on the Alternative Investment Market (a market similar to NASDAQ in the US) of the London Stock Exchange via an IPO. At the time of its sale in March 2000, it had grown from inception to over 400 employees in just 15 months. Oneview.net was an Internet B2b provider. Prior to Oneview, Stuart was CEO of Alto Group Ltd, which doubled in size to over 250 employees during his tenure. His first business, Eurofax, grew at a compound rate of over 40% consistently over 12 years. In addition, Lawley is an investor in and Chairman of a US based Home Automation company . He has a BSc in Engineering from the University of London, England..

Stuart Duncan – Chief Operating Officer
Stuart Duncan has successfully grown or turned around a number of organizations in the Internet, telecom and finance industries in the UK. He was previously Chief Executive of Sabre Leasing Ltd, Chief Executive of Freecom.net GB plc (formerly Oneview.net plc) and Chief Executive of Intelliplus plc (all UK Companies). In his time at Sabre Leasing, Stuart took a business that was making significant losses and turned it into a business with £12 million revenues and £2.2 million pre-tax profits. He then managed through the sale of that business to GE Capital in 1994. Stuart also oversaw the restructuring of Intelliplus, a public telecoms business with revenues of £19 million, turning it from losses to break-even and managed its acquisition by Eckoh Technologies plc in late 2003. Duncan has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of London, England an MA in Operations Research from the University of Lancaster, England and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco

Jason Hendeles – Vice President – Strategic Business Development
Jason Hendeles is a creative entrepreneur, the Founder of both ICM Registry and ATECH, one of the first registrars accredited by ICANN to register web addresses competitively. He has over 5 years of experience working with a wide variety of telecommunications and successful information technology start-ups. He is also recognized for his successes in the commercial real estate development and management industry. Between 1992 and 1997, Jason led the successful financial restructuring of Horizon Developments an established Canadian commercial real estate company. The success of this restructuring led to the company’s acquisition by O&Y Properties, a prominent Canadian development company, owned and operated by Philip Reichmann and the Reichmann family.
Len Bayles – Chief Technical Officer
Len Bayles has a wealth of Internet experience and specifically with Domain Names. Len was previously Chief Technology Officer and Vice President at Snap Names.com in Portland, Oregon, a Consultant to Afilias Ltd during the .ORG transition and Project Manager at All West Communications in Utah.
